Chaitanyaa Fine Tech has a modern production unit in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh (India); built over 15,000 sq. ft. area and equipped with world-class infrastructure and advanced machinery such as power presses, painting, powder coating system with conveyor system & oven baking, fiber laser cutting machine, NC shearing machine, CNC hydraulic press brake, high pressure pouring machine with hot sandwich panel press as well as sheet metal fabrication machinery of latest technology. Our goals are set for achieving zero error products in the job of sheet metal fabrication.
Chaitanyaa Fine Tech gives great importance to upgrading technology constantly which increases the productivity and improves quality. We also follow strict quality norms by using finest raw materials, periodic in-process inspections and itemized reporting. We are also flexible with 3rd party quality inspections which allow the clients to check the quality of the goods like Angle Racks, Electrical Box, Commercial Steel Door Frame, etc. here at our production site itself.
Chaitanyaa Fine Tech is fully-equipped with machinery used for testing and follows stringent time base inspection related to in-ward, in-process and final movement of the goods. Advanced quality measures are taken by us to ensure that the focus is not only on quality, not only on products but also on the processes & people.
